Headhunter in DC
We have a couple of roles for people with IB backgrounds. One is a Capital Markets Associate 1-2 years (must have real estate) and the other is a Manager, IR 3-6 years. We also do banking roles from time to time.

Career Resources
Would experiences in REITs and BDCs translate into relevant experiences?
I think it could depending on what the responsibilities were. Capital markets very quantitative. The IR role would be qualitative, a person in equity research would probably have the right blend.
I think I fall into more of the analyst bucket in terms of experience. What kind of banking roles do you headhunt for?
Normally buy side Analyst through the VP level. They are mainly for IB's with a DC presence. Mostly real estate, but will go outside that space.
