Hey everyone- REPE analyst intro

Long time stalker, but I decided to come out of hiding and make an account today. Always good posts on the site, both for laughs as well as informative, and overall not what I expected knowing about the site before I actually started following. A little about myself,

Currently an acquisitions analyst at a mid-size multifamily REPE shop in the northeast while also doing some Asset Management for the firm (is it possible to post this on the RE page too?). Been here since the spring so still getting a handle on the business (forgive me if there are some questions I can't answer).
