JP Morgan FAPD vs. IB Summer Analyst Program (Advice)

Hey first time poster here. Junior, Finance Undergrad, 3.2 GPA.

I have a 1st interview coming up this week for the Finance Analyst Development Program (Summer). This program is a great opportunity, since after all it's a BB summer analyst internship, but I have heard the exit opps are not prime. FADP focuses more on internal bank analysis (BO), as opposed to IB which is more about growth of clients. IB is my main focus, but the interview timing seems to have put me in a pickle.

So here is my conflict: The application for IB Summer closes 12/31/15. By then I would already have heard results regarding my FADP interviews. If I got an offer, I would no longer apply to the IB Summer Program right? (FYI: I have only submitted 1 app to JP Morgan)

I would appreciate any feedback specially if you went through the FADP.

Thanks
