New to WSO.. discount broker

Wondering if there are any opinions/thoughts regarding online stock brokers? Here is what I think about the job

I have a 7 and 63, but my job functions are somewhere between that of a secretary and nursing home assistant.

Twenty percent of phone calls I handle are old people who can't figure out their online password. (I do have respect for old people)

Constantly think about things other than my job for some type of stimulation.

My boss clearly doesn't know anything about a financial statement. She has mentioned things that makes me think she doesn't have clear understanding of simple things like revenue vs NI, market cap.. etc

When I was thinking stockbroker, I thought it would be somewhere between the guys screaming like crazy and an insanely boring desk job. It is the latter.

I have applied 40-50 analyst, trader, advisor type positions and haven't heard back from any of them. Resume and GPA are all respectable 3.4. I'm starting to think that my online brokerage experience gets no respect and I can see why.

Any ideas for job with some type of increased stimulation?
