One Month Before OCR And Bad At Technicals! What Do I Do?

OCR begins November 10 for BB -- I just started reading "Investment Banking" by Rosenbaum and Pearl and have been breezing through Mergers and Inquisitions 400 - BUT I have ONLY been going strong for one month! I have ALOT of catching up to do but fear my technicals need more time! Am I in trouble with such a small space of time?

Learn it all. More than enough time. You also need to know the other stuff (M&A analysis - for example a common question is given firm a with PE of x acquires firm b with PE of y, will the transaction be Accretive or dilutive to earnings?). Just read thought Investment Banking (and absorb most of it) and then top it up with practice using the WSO technical guide or something similar - that'll give you a good base, especially if you've already taken finance and accounting classes.
