Transferring from a Top Engineering school to a Target?

Hi everyone,

This is actually my first post on WSO, but I've been lurking around for a while.

So I just finished up the first semester of my second year in college at the #1 public school in Georgia(known for its engineering program) with a 4.0/4.0 GPA. Prior to my semester at my current University, I had a 4.0 at a different public university in Georgia. I recently decided I want to transfer again because although my current school is somewhat prestigious, they are still a non-target and are not widely known for Finance. Finance isn't even a major here it's only a concentration. I want to go to a school that has an admirable Finance program(preferably a target university). Do you guys have any suggestions and know any targets that I would have a high probability of getting accepted into as a transfer student? Any and all advice is welcomed!

Thanks,
DapperMonkey24
