Transition from Real Estsate Appraisal to Real Estate modeling
I have 6 years’ experience appraising real estate as a certified real estate appraiser. I am exploring job opportunity in financial or RE investment company. How much would a RE Modeling certificate help? Any inputs or thoughts would be greatly appreciated.
