Why am I here?

Hi, all. I kind of wandered into this site looking for answers to some deep questions. These questions things like is the 2% raise + stock bonus (which vests over 5 years) I got a good deal or a crap deal? Or we have 350K to invest - should we pay off our mortgage, buy another rental property, or invest in the market? Or should we take the buyback offer from our car dealer 3 years into a 6 yr, 2% car loan and get a new car for 0% or not?

I'm still not sure if I'm in the right place. Or maybe you intelligent folks could point me in the right direction? We've been trying to find a financial planner / advisor but they all seem to just want to sell money market funds and/or life insurance, which isn't really what we're looking for. Who should I talk to to get the kind of personal financial advice I need?
