If you know there’s an event coming up eat less throughout the day?
I do not believe anyone is asking you to eat multiple deserts so if you skip breakfast you’re probably fine to have some unhealthier food and dessert in the evening.
Generally I’m a huge proponent of intermittent fasting in banking for your reasons. If I’m ordering dinner at the office there is no way its as healthy as a home cooked meal (even chipotle). We also don’t move around much so it works out perfectly.
