Not that color though - that's a chick color (likely tennis chick).
Can't wait. Just had a chance to drive the new 240i and even that was a blast. Still getting around to the looks of the new generation though. I originally hated it but it's grown a bit more as I've looked at it more. The previous-gen M2 was still the best looking IMO.
Previous gen was perfect, unfortunately BMW has lost its way and now produces ugly cars that can be mistaken for an Asian econobox.
M5 and M8 only good looking BMW cars in the current lineup, sure it won’t last long.
As the current owner of an F87 M2C, the G87+ design pains me. There's no question that the S58 is a vast improvement over the S55, with the interior doing a full transformation as well. The G87 is a better car than the F87, plain n' simple.
However... I honestly just don't think I can get past the body shape. It looks like a low-poly rendering of someone trying to recreate an M2 in Blender - the front splitter is atrocious, the rear diffuser (or lack thereof) even more so. The headlights kill me. Tailights somehow manage to be worse. Contrast that with the sweeping curves of the F87 and it's just painful. I'm sure it'll grow on me eventually, though.
