2024 Roommate Thread

Thought I would start a roommate thread.

My roommate is moving out, and I have an available room in Hell’s Kitchen. I am looking for a new roommate to move in either July, August, or September of 2024. The lease is already signed, but I can add a new roommate without requiring a broker fee.

Here are some details: Rent is $2,150 per person (total expenses are approximately $2,250) The apartment is 700 square feet The apartment has a dishwasher The building has a 24-hour doorman There are washers and dryers in the building The room available has an AC unit There is a place to keep packages Live-in super If you are interested, please pm me.
