50 Day Clean Life

I don't really know how to start this, so I guess I'll just jump into it. This quarantine has been really hard on me, just as I can imagine it has been very hard on all of you. I've been dealing with a lot of grief due to the death of a close family member, and that's snowballed into my entire life.

I've lost lust for my passions. I've gained weight. I feel down so much of the time. Honestly, I can't keep living my life like this, and I want to make some actionable change before my 21st birthday in ~50 days.

If anyone has any tips or attainable goals that I can try to achieve over the next 50 days to improve myself mentally/physically/emotionally, I would really appreciate it. Don't hold back, I'm willing to try anything reasonable.

Do something fun that gets your HR up everyday. Go on runs. Get a smart watch and start tracking your activities on Strava.

First, you must commit to change. If you want to stay the same, you can't keep doing the same things. Channel your motivations for change and then commit to your 1st step.

So question yourself. "Do I want to change?" If "Yes," then "Why" and after that comes the "How."

Some examples of successes in a day:
a) successful 16hr fast
b) worked out 1x
c) worked out 2x
d) worked out 3x
e) yoga
f) meditation

How bad do you want to change?

Channel your emotions into coping through physical activity.

I am sorry to hear you feel unwell. I recommend seeing a doctor, considering a mild anti-depressant, finding a good therapist, confiding in your friends and family, and staying physically active.

i got fat as fuck drinking vodka martinis and devouring everything on uber eats.

i bought a pull-up tower for 100 dollars on amazon (for pullups, dips, leg raises, pushups) and cut out carbs. I do maybe like 30 pull ups a day. dropped 15lbs in a little over a month.

you're under 21, a student, and you've lost passion? thats dangerous buddy considering your competitors are mouth watering saber tooth tigers. unless you'd be happy stocking cheerios at safeway, i suggest you get your shit together pal
