Recently found this guy Dan Pena and couldn't believe that I hadn't seen him before. He apparently made his money in oil, but I wanted to share his talk from a few months ago at Boston University. I was laughing the entire time and found it entertaining, and motivating, so I wanted to spread the wealth in case you haven't heard of him. The entire talk is good but he heats up pretty quick.
