A Word of Advice to my Women Breaking into Finance

I am a double major pursuing a B.S in computer science and finance. I've ran into so many instances where my male counterparts will try to either undermine my input or overpower my argument because their confidence always seemed to overshadow mine. The one thing I've learned in my years studying in fields that are overwhelmingly male is, do not be afraid to assert your dominance. Men are less likely to admit they are wrong and apologize compared to women. Put people in their place but remember to be amicable and know how to play the game.
