Accidentally fell onto MD’s lap

I was working late the other night on a deal I had been staffed on (BB IB) and my MD walked in. I wasn't sure why he was in the office so late, but I did notice he was eating a banana. He didn't say much and just finished his banana. Here is where things took a turn - he attempted to throw his empty banana peel into the garbage can, but missed by a wide margin. I didn't see this actually happen, but when I got up to grab a paper that I had printed out, I slipped on the banana peel right onto my MD's lap. Not sure what to do moving forward any advice?

I think the only logical choice here is seppuku, sorry fella.
