Hi All - My company is hosting an off-site with 70+ other people at my firm. I’m uncomfortable going given that COVID is still very much an active situation (I’m in the US). Also my coworkers aren’t exactly the most self-aware when it comes to social distancing, wearing a mask, etc.
I’m fairly senior and am expected to be presenting at this off-site. I’m worried if I don’t go my manager will hold my bonus/promotions over my head.
