Advice on saving per paycheck

Hi, I’m curious on everyone’s advice on how I should save per paycheck (what % savings / what % discretionary spending). On top of that, what portion should one invest into Roth, and how should you invest everything else that isn’t discretionary spending.

These might be stupid questions but I’m trying to make sure I start off responsible and am making the right choices in what I should be putting my money into. Thanks!
