Anyone ever done a colon cleanse? Just found out one of my coworkers does the Master Cleanse several times a year. Til now I've been pretty revolted by the idea of uncontrollably expelling bodily waste for days/weeks at a time while consuming no solid nutrients. But now I'm kind of thinking about giving it a shot. The feeling you get when your intestines get stopped up, lethargic and bloated.. I'm wondering if we don't permanently have a more moderate form of this effect from all the crap we ingest everyday.
Curious if any of you monkeys have tried this, or anything else, and if so what did you think? Big improvement? Waste of time?
