Any good sources to learn about debt instruments
Hi,
I am working in a global tech company which financials are improving but we are not yet out of the woods. We are looking are financing our existing debt and I can see a lot of terms new to me in a bunch presentation from non bank lenders (stretched senior, unitranche, 2nd lien etcetc)
Apart from the Fabozzi, would you know of any good resources to get up to speed with the various debt instruments that are the most popular and accessible to private companies please?
Ideally I would like to understand how they are structured and the profit margin they provide to the issuer.
Thanks for your input!
Hey choubix, sorry about the delay, but are any of these useful:
No promises, but sometimes if we mention a user, they will share their wisdom: @SGL7313" @djordan25" @cathy4everlp"
You're welcome.
Not sure any news source will have a lot on debt instruments, but I have seen a couple posts on debt on https://www.morningbrew.com/?kid=b5dd32</a">Morning Brew.
thanks!
