After a long night of drinking, I’ll often begin the next morning with a cup of green or oolong along with a multi vitamin and then a coffee in the afternoon.
I quit drinking coffee since it never sat well with me. Same for black teas. I've started drinking guyasa this year, which tastes similar to green tea but tends to have a higher caffeine profile like black tea. It's apparently a staple in some parts of South America. Would recommend for those exploring non-mainstream options!
Yerba mate is a good one. Yerba mate is renowned for providing a balanced energy lift and has caffeine, theobromine, and theophylline, which contribute to an increase in focus and alertness without the downsides of coffee.
