Thinking about a move from the Northeast down to Austin next summer, and was hoping somebody could shed some light on the opportunities down there? I'm not really looking for IB/PE etc. but looking to stay in FP&A or another corporate role.
From the research I've done it seems a lot of the companies have their finance teams in SF or NYC instead of being in Austin. Is this accurate? Or am I just not looking in the right places?
