Anyone do HIIT and see results?
I’ve started taking some HIIT classes and definitely enjoy how much of a workout you can get in less than an hour. And I like that once I put it on my schedule, I’m highly unlikely to miss it.
But I’m wondering if anyone here does them 3-4x a week and actually sees results? It feels like it’s better for weight loss than actually getting big or getting toned.
Is there a particular gym you’d recommend for getting ripped through HIIT classes?
You could consider doing bodybuilder HIT - Dorian Yates/ Mike Mentzer style. It's the same thing - results using less time (< 1 hour workouts)

Been doing various HIIT workouts for a few yrs. Great results. Weight loss, tone, muscle (lean). I use Beach Body which has P90X, Boxing, Martial Arts, Weights. Currently doing one called Fire and Flow. 6 days per week (30 minutes). Fire is weights (dumbells) and cardio - killer. Flow is yoga but very intense.
Sweat my ass off in both.
Yeah Muay Thai is a solid way to have fun doing HIIT.
