Anyone else traumatised from the teams ping sound?
I literally cringe whenever I hear it and even hear it sometimes randomly when I’m in the train or just eating. Posting as I keep hearing it in my dreams now and I’m beginning to get some pretty bad insomnia. Can anyone else relate to this?
Yes, 100%. Turning off audio on notifications does wonders for my blood pressure
I have no audio on at all - it'd be very annoying in the office - but my phone does vibrate which bothers me a lot less. Definitely turn the sound off
Yes. I can hear the person above me in my buildings teams ping sometimes at like 1 am. I can’t go back to sleep after hearing it
Hate the sound. Also hate that on desktop, you have to choose between turning notifications completely off (might miss something urgent) or completely on. When on, the Taskbar icon will popup and not go away until you look at new chats. Happens for Every. Single. Text.
