Yeah I’ve hit up the town with someone from WSO. I’ve met more people from Analyst Forum and also Top Law Schools.

I’ll probably attend one of the NYC WSO meetups next year.

Do you know when the next one is? I would attend now that I’m in NYC.

I'm not sure - but they usually say the dates and places on WSO NYC Telegram. Some people met up last night.

What about Irish Car Bombs?

Lol I’d be way too embarrassed connecting my real life with my troll wso account. Pretty sure some junior in my group almost figured out who I was as I left my phone open in a meeting and was browsing.

There are a few posters I'd love to do a call with (some of the senior posters who are ex-bankers now working in industry). I stretch the truth on here so it would be weird having those phone calls explaining the 'truth.' Might reach out on a burner account instead. Only reason I do this is because I did get 'doxxed' by some weirdo on Reddit once and don't want to have that happen on WSO (which I genuinely find to be a solid 'career-oriented' website with helpful forms / threads.

I'm fairly confident some of my MBA classmates going into IB FT do post on here (also some of the posters here aren't that anonymous, one of the Corp Dev posters I follow on here was very easy to find via LinkedIn). There is one part of my career journey I purposely don't mention on here because it would be very easy for classmates / alum to identify me if I posted it (I was in a corporate strategy type of role for my summer internship, that part is true).
