Be aware that there are many syndromes and conditions that can cause dizziness or brain fog. I would make sure you are getting all the necessary vitamins (get a blood checkup- could be iron deficiency), maybe you can try an elimination diet (sometimes gluten can cause these conditions), make sure you are well rested - sleep in late on saturdays and sundays, etc. Hope you get better.
