Have an idea for a muse (something easy to create that generates a passive income - 4HWW) in the form of a smartphone App. it would be uneconomical to learn to code it myself, and therefore require an app developer to build it. The idea is simple, and has a quantifiable value to the user, especially in current economic climate. Looking for someone to recommend (or feel free to nominate yourself) a person that can do this for me. Would prefer to pay for it by equity share (i'm a big believer in incentivisation), but can do a bit of both. Also prefer EU based, but will consider a stateside person if the fit is right.

What platform are we coding on? I assume Android, since they make it open source, all the API's come packed with help, and it's growing faster than Apple's app market.
Also, what language, for what purpose? Android is very "shaky" with performance, and in some cases it might be better to use another language over another.
What kind of skillsets should said programmer have?Are you trying to do Location Based apps or maybe a forum app, or even a game?

lw: I want it available to as many users as possible, This is not a niche product at all, but would be currently unique in its application. As long as it can run on tablets and smartphones i couldnt care less. even at a cost of £5, it would pay for itself to the user within a week.
The functionalitty of the app would be responding to a set of relatievly simple queries from the user against a database which is updated relatively regularly (probably once a day). Additional benefits would be learning on an individual basis (in a similar way that google remembers what you like - but in a much less complicated way).
I have 17 years of programming experience and 2 of those on BOTH Android and iOS. I can help you figure out if your idea is feasible and how to go about it. Make sure you get someone with iOS experience that has actually deployed applications since navigating the Apple requirements and finally getting your app on iTunes is a whole other skill in itself . . .which I also have.
