Cover completely/squeeze your ears with your palms and wrap your fingers around the back of your head (fingers spread) so that your pointer fingers reside at the back base of your skull/top of your neck/spine. While holding that position lift up your two pointer fingers horizontally away from your skull then aggressively snap them against the base of your skull at the same time about 50 times in a row, twice daily for a few weeks. Should help

Yep, honestly just learn to live with it. When you get stressed learn to work through it - I know easier said than done. It will eventually just be another aspect of your day. If someone asks something of you and the ringing is persistent be sure to verify details and take notes. Do you have any other hearing damage? My right ear is at probably 80% of my left in terms of what it picks up and volume, also The tinnitus is worse in that ear. I frequently have to turn my left ear towards people when we are talking and only use the phone with my left ear, especially at work.

Only two sources I trust, Glenn Beck and singing woodland creatures.

Eh old thread but don't want to create another on the same topic.

Was in a job threatening stressful situation and developed tinnitus in my right ear (since left for a better investment bank). It sounds like a heart beat / blood wooshing sound "woosh woosh woosh". Can only hear during dead silence. Still very annoying and I will get it checked out!

Its actually pretty scary how mental stress can fuck the body up. Especially since I'm in pretty good physical shape. Stress and even my severe ADHD can inflict physical pain on my body. It's like a ghost slapping me around.

I'd like to work in a less stressful and less time-consuming job, but there aren't a lot of options that will pay me this well.

What concert costs 45 cents? 50 Cent feat. Nickelback.
