Anyone randomly wake up early in the morning before work?
Anyone randomly wake up early in the morning before work? Been waking up at 6:30am despite sleeping around 2am, then can’t fall back asleep until maybe 7:45am, but I usually wake up around then to start my day around that time regardless.
Anyone experience the same or have advice for getting more consistent sleep?
Literally same.
Exercise. You’ll actually get physically fatigued and not just mentally exhausted.
I work out at least 5x every week

Have had that happen 3 times this week. Don’t know what’s been going on it only started happening recently
Happens to me pretty much every day and still haven’t found a full solution. I workout or go on a run every day but that still does nothing.
I did see a doctor and they said it may be because of anxiety—got a prescription for Hydroxyzine and it works well, though you’re not supposed to take it often. Do try taking magnesium supplements (they’re OTC) before going to bed, several people told me it worked for them. Unisom sleep tabs also work quite well, but you shouldn’t take them every day.

Might want to get a different job
It happened during time of high stress, work related or otherwise
Avoid junk food and eat cleaner. Cardio and gym are your friends. Hire a gym trainer and dietician to tackle to health stuff.
You’ll get better sleep.
PS - Hydrate properly
This is a key symptom of depression. If you have also experienced low mood, lack of energy, lack of interest in things you used to enjoy then consider that

My quality of sleep improved after quitting coffee. You can try quitting coffee or drinking less of it. Quitting alcohol also helped with my sleep and overall health and anxiety.
