Are there any programs similar to Girls Who Invest for people of other genders, colors, etc.

I feel that many men of color other than black, with disabilities, and non-target, middle-class kids frequently get ignored for high finance career prep/services. Are there any programs for people who fall into this group? I'm not whining, but if there is a program or somebody is interested in making a program that offers these resources, hit me up. If this type of program comes to fruition, I want it to be a cohort application-based program with certs, industry leaders, and an internship program.

At a non-target, it is much harder. I have been networking and have experience in clubs, I'm just pointing out the preference people get to pad their resumes. If there are those programs, I would want to use them.

Yeah glad you asked in fact all of the big PE Megafunds and BB banks have special programs called the "Kids Who Don't Meet the Pre-Requisites to Work For This Firm Investing Program" so they can hire more people that have specifically low qualifications. This way, the firm can make sure that in addition to hiring qualified, top tier talent, they can make sure that they're also not overlooking the underqualified bottom tier talent.
