Are You Ready For Some Football?

I'm gonna keep this one short today, monkeys. With all of the crazy stress and frustration that this year has brought us in seemingly every area of life, at the very least we now have the option of tuning it all out for a couple of hours on Sunday.

It's hard to imagine what the country would have been like if there had been no NFL season. What is unquestionable, though, is that our public low-spiritedness would be even lower if the dispute wasn't settled. Americans usually are pretty optimistic people, but times like these are trying everyone's patience, and I for one am very glad that we have something to be excited about that has nothing to do with politics or anything else.

Even if you aren't a fan, I think we can all agree that the start of the regular NFL season is a much-needed boost to our national spirits.

Sport your colors proudly (I'm getting my Giants blue on pretty soon). Are you ready for some football?

Oh, and by the way, next time you think your MD is being too difficult, be thankful you don't have this guy:

^This, unless your fantasy team is involved.

The answer to your question is 1) network 2) get involved 3) beef up your resume 4) repeat -happypantsmcgee WSO is not your personal search function.

I want a lady on the street, but a freak in the bed, Go Bucks!!

Wow, you guys seriously like college football more than pro football? I understand if you're big into your alma mater's team and everything, but from strictly a skill standpoint, I find college football hard to watch. It seems that a lot of players have trouble making routine plays. Also, a lot of teams are so one-dimensional (Navy with their nonexistent passing game comes to mind...) that they're boring to watch. The NFL is just so much faster and more skilled.

I think it's considerably harder to get good at throwing a football to a receiver blanketed by Darrelle Revis than it is to get good at taking a cock up the ass ;)

^^^ haha I am in college so I love college football, but I love the saints too!!!!

I agree with the NFL being way more skilled and faster, but I've always loved my maize n blue. I used to like college football more because Michigan was way better than the Lions, but now the Lions are getting better and Michigan is not :(

That song that they always play on Fox for football games?... thanks to Sunday after Sunday after Sunday of horrible Lions games, every time I hear it I want to punch somebody in the face now.

NFL is better. If your hometown team is having a bad year it takes a ton of the fun out of it though.

College is more fun to go to live mainly because of everything that is associated with it besides the actual game itself. All day tailgating, crowd involvement at the game, all night partying after the game. If your Alma Mater is terrible it doesn't really mater because you can just do step 1 and 3 and skip going to the game.

Summary: Both are awesome

College Football mmm yes i know is better to watch. a friend of mine was talking about creating a new sport. What you guys think of that?

I AM READY
