**Be True to Yourself**
That anxiety thread had me thinking. Parts of anxiety will arise in periods where you are not true to yourself. So be true to yourself. If you believe in h****rs and blow, and do h****rs and blow, you will be quite content as you believe in h***ers and blow.
However, if you don't believe in h****rs and blow, but you do h****rs and blow, this will cause anxiety. The same stems from our religious beliefs.
**Be Yourself**
Be yourself. This is slightly different than being true to yourself. Thomas Merton said "To be a saint is to be myself." So, follow your passion, live it, love it, and you will have absolutely no problems in life. If you like ballroom dancing in central park in the snow in pink boots, go for it. The sooner you show your true self unexposed metaphorically speaking, the more beautiful your revelation will be.
Because when you do what you love, you are not just living, you are dancing through life, one step at a time.
