Would recommend north beach. Not really any apt buildings there.

Yes. Not quite as young of a crowd as the marina (so more like mid-to-late twenties) but not an ancient group of people.
The nightlife is pretty good there as well IMO

Get a 1 bedroom apt in the Marina or North Beach (assuming you don’t have any roommates planned out). You definitely don’t need a dishwasher.
If you’re planning on living alone, don’t get a studio. Worth the money to get the extra space, plus you can afford it
