get any finance related internship for freshmen year summer and try to leverage it into a MM IB internship for sophomore year then BB internship for Junior year

yea the person above is right, anything finance related will show that you have interest in the industry.
to add to that, there are many companies that allow freshman interns that are well known. it is pretty hard to get into some of the bigger names, but any finance sort of firm will do.
