Best place to buy an apartment in Miami if I want to be close to night life?

I'm looking at apartments/condos in the $450k-$700k range and want to be located in a good area where nightlife is close by. Brickell is the first place that comes to mind but curious if there are some other suggestions people would make, doesn't have to be core downtown. I've had some friends recommend Sunny Isles since I have a thing for eastern Euro women.

I'm mid 20s Eurasian male working in finance if that helps shape recommendations.

South beach?

First off, congrats! That purchase is a major achievement for someone so young. I grew up in SoFlo and may have some insight.

Brickell and Miami in general are extremely Latin. You may feel like an outsider in those parts. Frankly, Lauderdale, Delray, and West Palm/Palm Beach are much nicer for someone not into the Latin thing.

Also, be careful with Russian women in America...
