Curious what people think the best VDR out there is right now and the general price tier (expensive / mid / cheap).
Feels like most VDR UIs are varying degrees of useless, but figured it was worth a refresh on which ones people are annoyed by the least.

iDeals is by far the best I've used (from either side of the table) from a UI / UX perspective and pretty cheap. That said, I don't see it a ton in bank-led auctions, so suspect it may be missing some sort of security / compliance check-box
Found this thread and wanted to follow up on Cuzze's question - do you guys see or use and alternative platforms to iDeals that ideally are equally professional and hopefully a bit cheaper? Mainly for Europe-based transactions
