"manwithnomotive" thank you guys! i ended up buying Prada if anyone is curious

ahhh ok great

I was losing sleep trying to think of your decision. Thank God you chose Prada and not some inferior product.

One of my favorites is the Chanel Classic Quilted WOC (wallet on a chain). It goes with pretty much everything and can be used alone without a bigger purse or just thrown inside a large purse if traveling heavy. It works well with pretty fancy outfits, including a long dinner/cocktail dress or at black tie events. But, also great for casual and everyday use.

It is $2.5-$3K for a little wallet, but these items by Chanel tend to be pretty durable. The black is more versatile, but the other colors can be fun. Classic and minimalist.
