Supposedly this happened earlier today. Was at an event led by a BB and they said that the chance Biden bowed out was "effectively certain"
I think this is it. They said that he would announce over weekend, likely Saturday. Now some say he'll announce after Trump speech.

Have seen some other very authoritative figures speaking on the topic and am simultaneously surprised and unsurprised. After wasting months of people's time saying he wouldn't bow out and was committed to running. All so Democrat voters could get robbed of an actual primary race for the 3rd presidential election in a row. That's just insane. If Kamala of all people is their candidate that pretty much seals the deal. Trump 2024!
It's frankly amazing how Dems will cry about Trump's supposed hypocrisy but don't bat an eye about the fact that party elites are taking over the democratic process and rendering the primaries meaningless
Really do hope it's Kamala or Newsom if they end up doing the swap. Just wondering what independents do closer to the election, what they are saying in the polls now is likely not representative vs. early Nov. Nothing to do but wait and see
