Biological clock messed up cuz of quarantine
For the following monkeys who are about to start full-time here, do you guys ever feel your biological clock messed up while staying home? I don't even know which time zone I am living in rn, I woke up in the late morning but got tired and literally fainted in the afternoon for a good two to three hours. Then I got super excited towards the evening. I won't be able to fall into sleep until 3 am-ish. How can I quickly fix this before starting full-time?
If you’re going to IB, it looks like you’ve nailed down the perfect sleep schedule already.
go to bed and wake up at a certain time no matter what.
This is somewhat scientifically correct.
feel that lmaoo physically in nyc but my sleep cycles are based on hong kong lmaoo
Step 1) Buy 3mg melatonin. Set a time to fall asleep by and wake up at. After 2-3 days it should be back to normal.
Stay awake for a night then go to bed at the time that serves you the best in the next day.
Modafinil can help
