Biological clock messed up cuz of quarantine

For the following monkeys who are about to start full-time here, do you guys ever feel your biological clock messed up while staying home? I don't even know which time zone I am living in rn, I woke up in the late morning but got tired and literally fainted in the afternoon for a good two to three hours. Then I got super excited towards the evening. I won't be able to fall into sleep until 3 am-ish. How can I quickly fix this before starting full-time?

This is somewhat scientifically correct.

"If you always put limits on everything you do, physical or anything else, it will spread into your work and into your life. There are no limits. There are only plateaus, and you must not stay there, you must go beyond them." - Bruce Lee
