Why would your b-day be on your resume?! I'll let that one slide and and instead remind you that they'll only know it's your birthday if you want them to know unless HR does some birthday notice to your lead and puts you on blast.

The poster formerly known as theAudiophile. Just turned up to 11, like the stereo.

Also the other SAs, I’ll meet them in presence the 20th of June (my birthday). I would like to organise something but probably no one would be willing to come (especially if I invite them on the same day).

Is your birthday on your resume? How do you expect your manager to know

Wouldn't expect anything especially given first day. Maybe plan Thursday or Friday drinks with your SA class

Are you 21 on this day?

"If you always put limits on everything you do, physical or anything else, it will spread into your work and into your life. There are no limits. There are only plateaus, and you must not stay there, you must go beyond them." - Bruce Lee

I turned 21 in the middle of my MBB internship, and the MBA intern on my case also had a birthday (late 20's) that week. The team was actually very nice and let us both get off work early to get dinner with our families (Early=about 5ish PM). Then every time my team had a team dinner after that we would joke about how it was like my "second drink" etc... The team ordered a cake for us both on the MBA intern's birthday.

If it's your first day, it might be tough because you haven't developed a rapport with your team. This is assuming you've gotten your team (you'd probably still be in training if it's the first day). And also MBB is probably different than BB because MBB has a guaranteed return offer for all interns, so the internship is much more about having a good experience, convincing you to sign the return offer, and preparing you for when you return as an analyst than IB internships are.

I had my official birthday 'celebration' that weekend when 2 of my close buddies from college visited me (Feasible because MBB doesn't work weekends). I would probably try to avoid planning something big on your actual birthday because you never know what would come up in work.
