Blinded By Fatherly Love?

Ok, this is getting to be a bit ridiculous. This guy's father is saying lines like "My son is a true angel" and "You have a bright future ahead of you."

Yes, we all know killing/injuring people and being branded a domestic/international terrorist usually has great exit opps into anything you want, but seriously; is this a case of too much fatherly love, or possibly just a mistranslation? My guess is the father doesn't speak too much English.

If it was my kid, I wouldn't believe it. Of course I haven't taken the time to see what evidence has been published that these kids are the terrorists.

I don't get the angle of these bombers. Obviously there have been a number of Chechen suicide bombings in Russia, but why the US? Its not like we are in any position to be dictating to Russia how to deal with the Chechnya separatist issue.

BTbankerI hope they don't kill him. I really want to know their motive. This one just doesn't make sense, and things aren't adding up.

I agree. If it really is as simple as "bringing relevance to their existence," then this has got to be the #1 dumbest thing anyone has ever done for the sake of being "that weirdo."
