Body starting to feel it from IB?

Did not expect this as I work out 3-5 times per week and eat generally healthy (take vitamins, drink lots of water), but a year in the job and starting t feel some issues. Knees/back hurting, signs of aging on my face (eye bags, hair whitening), more irritable. I'm only 23, I am surprised this is happening.

Knees & back likely from sitting too much, get a standing desk if you can. The aging and irritability are stress-driven and likely worsened by poor sleep quality / quantity, bad genes, or a mix. Tough to mix banking stress + working out + sleep so guessing you're sacrificing some sleep time for gym time. It's a choice and if you're going to make it would recommend trying to maximize sleep quality to the extent you can.

I don't know if y'all feel it but you sure look it.  I'm seeing some juniors from my office that have progressed rapidly to MD body despite being a A2.  Diet is a big thing, obviously cortisol affects metabolism so even more difficult.  Just have to get into the mode of working out exhausted even though it sucks.  Try to sneak in a run here or there etc.
