Book on REIT M&A
Does anyone know a good textbook on REIT M&A? I'm only finding textbooks from either 2000 or psuedo-finance stuff targeted toward retail investors about investing in REITs.
I found one book that is exactly what I need called "REITs Mergers and Acquisitions" by David Einhorn but it's almost $600 off Barnes and Noble. Anyone have that book and I can buy the physical/PDF off you or have a good recommendation?
