Net: $205 leftover
This I can use for the occasional takeout meal, snacks, gift and or treat! I think I do pretty well for myself. What are your thoughts on my budget ? Anyone care to share theirs?
Edits and comments: Yes 401k is not being deducted, just too lazy to make the calculation. 401k is maxed out to employer match of 4%.

If this is New York, $400 / month for going out doesn’t go very far. Granted you don’t have to drink ( I personally don’t spend a ton of $ on alcohol / bars ). I would recommend loosening the purse strings a bit if you feel constrained from going out and doing things. I made this mistake my first year in New York - focused on saving the marginal $100-200 every month at the cost of a better social life.
You’re saying you put $1k per month on your credit card? That’s insanely low. Live your life
Why is your 401K coming out of your Net pay, is this on top of your employee? I'd say max out the match at least, having it come as a pre tax deduction so a deduction from your gross.
