Building an asset structure for wealth creation

Hey folks,I would like to open a discussion regarding trading and how to start building and creating assets in your early 20s. I believe that a lot of the people working in high finance can benefit greatly from applying what they learn in IB, S&T, PE, HF, VC etc. themselves to build assets. My background is PE and I have built a firm structure where I can build & buy various firms over several years and investment vehicles for public markets and private markets. At the beginning I am currently starting with the public markets and thinking about how to build up a trading company portfolio professionally with high risk asset classes. (e.g. Interactive Brokers trading station or with Metatrader 5) How are the trading professionals at HF learn that to get an awesome Track Record? I am thinking to earn the money for this from my finance career. Now to my question.Where and from whom can you learn trading (Forex, stocks, commodities, CFDs, bonds etc.) really professional and so that you can use it yourself? The self-proclaimed experts on the Internet would definitely not try to sell their courses if they were so good at trading and rather get sunburned in a South Pacific island. I am convinced that the real experts who have managed to implement this method that I have just described, will not talk much about it. And certainly not on Youtube and Instagram in 10 second videos to share their knowledge with all people. What do you think about it and how would you go about it?
