I'm 46, stay-at-home mum, my husband Clint is on the battle to pay off the home mortgage. We are going through a challenging stage in our business due to a decrease in the demand for supplies. Right away, we are looking for another option. Is it a good idea to refinance the mortgage? Just found on the Internet that this refinancing mortgage can help to get over the existing mortgage and can also help to replace it with a new mortgage at a lower interest rate.
