Can we move the resources button?

Can we move the resources button at the top ow the WSO page somewhere else? When I move my cursor up to click on the PE forum button, I sometimes overshoot and then the Resources pop-out balloons out and covers the whole screen, and and you've got to move all the way down or to the side to make it un-pop up. I also sometimes click on it because it takes a second to load and I've already hit the "PE" button (or so I think) and suddenly I'm looking at guides for  financial modeling, like, wtf, stop
