Change to drug tests

Not sure if there has been discussion about this before, but...

Do you expect to see changes in drug tests now that 63 million American citizens live in a state where recreational marijuana is legal, or do you know of any companies that have changed/gone away with testing? Because that would make weed on the same level as alcohol, right? And my guess is that more and more states will be legalizing it, so I am curious to hear opinions about weed tolerance with employees.

(Obviously if you're coming to work stoned, it won't be tolerated. Im talking about using outside of the workplace.)
