Nespresso before my drive to the office on days when I'm driving.  Otherwise I skip this.

Iced coffee from Starbucks...flavor sucks but it feels mentally like I'm getting more caffeine even though I know I'm not.  On days when I'm not driving, this is my first cup.  Recently downgraded from Venti to Grande to try and lower my caffeine intake.

Afternoon coffee is usually an hour or two after lunch and from the office coffee machine.

Pourover in the AM, call it 6-6:30 or so. Make it myself usually, but sometimes it takes too damn long. I'm usually two per day, I get my second one around 1pm. Sometimes I'll settle for the shitty in-house stuff we have, or I'll grab some at a nearby shop. We used to have a great latte machine but some dickhead broke it. Probably an intern

I use Water Joe cause you can find it in a lot of gas stations jn the Midwest.

I had this problem too - I would brush before coffee and it would stain my teeth. If I can recommend some unflavored toothpaste, it’ll go a long way. I brush before and after my coffee, no stains whatsoever and you don’t get that horrible mint + coffee combo.

Let me know if you need some recs.
