Iced latte with almond milk and cinnamon powder

If it is high quality coffee, black. 

If it is commercial coffee, usually with a splash of milk or oat milk to cut the bitterness. 

I personally like Blue Mountain coffee, which usually has a refreshing taste and gives people a clean and smooth feeling.

Get a cup of hot water + creatine + scoop of protein powder (double skip if you're feeling crazy !) + multivitamin + herbal tea + mint tea leaf extract or mint tea leaves (leave for 5 minutes then remove) + cinnamon + earl grey tea packet if you need the protein or espresso shot if you really need to get going + a dash of salt for electrolyte balance + honey, agave, stevia or sweetener of choice
