Comedians Join the Fight for Financial Reform

Last week, Director Ron Howard gathered dead presidents and ones still kicking for a FunnyorDie.com video that has Reagan, the Bushes, Jimmy Carter et al encouraging the Obamas to create the Consumer Financial Protection Agency.

The video apparently comes as a result of talks Howard had with Elizabeth Warren, chairwoman of the Congressional Oversight Committee, about the need for financial reform. I'd say Howard found a pretty ingenious way of spreading the word. Video features comedians Fred Armisen, Maya Rudolph, Jim Carrey, Dana Carvey, Will Ferrell, Dan Aykroyd, and Chevy Chase. Possibly the funniest video about financial reform ever?

Today, Ron Howard filmed Round 2 with Heidi Montag.
